General

What is included in my order?

All orders include the items you ordered, a slime activator pen, and a slime care instruction card.

Is slime edible?

We cannot stress this enough, DO NOT EAT SLIME!!! Slime is not edible. Only allow children to play under supervision.

What age is slime recommended for?

Slime is recommended for children 8 years and older. Again, please supervise children as slime and charms are choking hazards.

What kind of ingredients are in slime?

Primary ingredients include: polyvinyl acetate (PVA), Borax. May also contain: colorant, fragrance oil, glycerin, lotion, hand soap, non-toxic craft materials.

Will slime irritate my skin?

Slime is not recommended for those with sensitive skin or may have any allergic reactions of the ingredients listed above. Slime is recommended for ages 8 and up.

We don’t recommend slime if you are sensitive to strong fragrance or household items such as lotions, glycerin, borax, or PVA glue.

Shipping & Handling

When will my order ship?

Our current production time is 2-4 business days before your order will ship. Production time is the time it takes for us to make and package your order. Shipping time is in addition to production time.

Can I cancel my order?

Please double check your order before placing your order as all sales are final. We do not allow any cancellations. 
If you have any urgent matter and need to request order cancellation, please email hello@mishmashslime.com within one hour of placing the order to request cancellation. Cancellations are not guaranteed after this deadline.
MishMashSlime is not responsible for unauthorized purchases.
  

Can I change the address on my order?

We are not responsible for the order being shipped to the incorrect address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible to input the correct address and review it to ensure it is accurate. 
If your order has not shipped yet, please email us ASAP at hello@mishmashslime.com with your order number to request address change. 
If your slime has already shipped, you can still contact USPS to redirect your package. 
 

My package says it is delivered but it is not here?

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, the carrier may have placed it in a safer location. Please check your mailbox, porch, garage, and neighbors. In some cases, packages may show as ‘delivered’ but could take up to additional 72 hours. If it has been over 72 hours from the ‘delivered’ status, file a claim with USPS directly. We do not grant refunds or replacements for packages marked as “delivered”. Link to file a claim through USPS: click here (the customer needs to file a claim for the lost order.)
To minimize wait time, customers can now directly email their local USPS for a follow up: click here (the customer needs to enter the tracking number)
 

My package or items are damaged. What should I do?

Please email us at hello@mishmashslime.com with a full picture of the damaged item and packaging. Your package comes with insurance only if you paid for priority postage. In order for us to replace the damaged items, USPS has to inspect the damages and they will put a claim in and take the package. Please contact us with a claim or reference number given by USPS.
Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within five days of your receipt of your order. The time frame is made to ensure a solid proof of damage is shown.
 

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

Please email us at hello@mishmashslime.com with your order number and a picture of the incorrect item. We will work to provide a solution for you within 3-4 days.

My package was returned back to the sender. What happens now?

Invalid addresses are the most common reason packages are returned back to our warehouse. If your order is returned to us due to an address issue, contact hello@mishmashslime.com and we will issue a store credit for the order total minus shipping costs. Please be advised that we do not re-ship any returned packages for sanitary reasons.

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return & exchange policy?

All orders are final sale. Due to slime being a sensory toy for playing purposes, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for health and sanitary reasons. Slimes cannot be returned, even if it is unopened.
